Dr David Walker, Medical Director at ESHT has appeared in a video urging local people to continue working together to keep Covid infection rates low.
Dr David Walker, said: “Infection rates are rising in East Sussex but are particularly high here in Hastings. At the moment hospital admissions with COVID are still low, so let’s work together to keep it that way.
“You can help – Test yourself regularly with lateral flow tests, get a PCR test if you have symptoms, even mild ones, self-isolate if you test positive and finally if you haven’t already, get the vaccine- both doses. It’s the best way to protect yourself and those around you.”
