If you are a General Practitioner and need to refer a patient to our fracture clinic outpatient services, please forward a full referral letter and imaging to:

The referral will be clinically triaged and appointed to our fracture clinic outpatient services, if the patient is within our catchment area. Please note that we can not accept referrals for Elective Orthopaedic care through the above email addresses. All elective referrals should be referred via MSK services (if in operation for the area) and the NHS Electronic Referral Systems.
