ESHT 2020 - Strategic priorities for improvement
ESHT 2020 sets the framework of objectives and actions that we must undertake to make our organisation into the high performing organisation we want to be by 2020.
It updates our vision and strategic objectives setting a framework to be adopted across the organisation. It will be translated into individual work programmes in clinical units, corporate services and cross organisation initiatives. It will be the reference document for everyone’s personal objectives and our communication within the organisation and externally with our partners and stakeholders.
ESHT 2020 provides organisational focus on the key priorities, actions and risk to enable us to become a high performing organisation.
Quality Account 2018-19
Each year East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust produces a public report about the quality of our services.
It is called a Quality Account and outlines the improvements we have made to our services in the past year as well as where and how we will improve our patient care in the coming year.
