Relocation Reimbursement
From the 1 April 2018, management of the relocation process was handed to the employing Trust for Doctors in Training for claims relating to Continuing Commitments, Excess Travel and Removals. This will be overseen by Medical Staffing and the contact is Samantha Denyer (Sam) who will process your claim.

In the first instance we need to establish the trainee’s eligibility and you should contact us if you have an outcome letter already issued by HEE. New eligibility trainees will be applied as stated in the Relocation guidelines .

We will submit monthly claims to payroll for payment on the 24th of each month.
