It’s important to use mindfulness and relaxations techniques to de-stress and recharge at the end of the day. We offer classes, workshops and even apps to help you de-stress and relax at the end of each day.


Below are a list of approved apps you can use for mindfulness and relaxation:

Care First App

Called ‘EAP In Your Pocket’ and the access code to use is CFIYP1

This App supports all users to seamlessly access the service of Care first as well as the 24/7 Telephone line 0800 174 319.

Big White Wall App

Big White Wall is an online community for people who are stressed, anxious or feeling low. The service has an active forum with round-the-clock support from trained professionals. You can talk anonymously to other members and take part in group or one-to-one therapy with therapists.
