As your role here at ESHT is your first UK post, or you have come from training or you will be undertaking your first medical appraisal with ESHT, you are required to complete the Medical Appraisal and Revalidation Training (MART) which can be accessed online via MYLearn.
The GMC place a legal obligation on each doctor to fully participate in the local processes for medical appraisals and revalidation. This online training module will help you to understand your legal obligations and what supporting information you must include in your appraisal to avoid putting your licence to practise at risk and so that you are prepared for your annual medical appraisals and revalidation.
Please ensure that you complete this training as soon as possible.
The training module is made up of 2 parts. Please ensure you have fully completed Part 1 before you begin part 2 (Declaration and confirmation to the Revalidation Team). You will need to complete both parts to fulfil the learning requirement and for a confirmation of the completion of your training to be sent to the Revalidation Team for their records.
