East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is inviting local people to get involved in a ‘Big Conversation’ event at the Royal Victoria Hotel in St Leonards on Wednesday 13th January 2016 at 6.30pm – no need to book, just turn up, refreshments available.
The event will allow the public to hear how we are improving the quality of care and members of the public will be invited to share their views on what else we could do to improve the patient experience.
This event is part of a series of public conversations about our hospital and community healthcare services to take place over the next few months across East Sussex. We are updating local people on the improvements we have made and asking them about their experiences of being treated or cared for by East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Richard Sunley, Acting Chief Executive said: “Through our Big Conversation events we want to share with local people our progress on improving patient care. The conversations are a valuable opportunity for patients and carers to share their views and experiences of care in East Sussex as well as hearing from them their ideas and suggestions on how we can improve.”
