1. Online forms or emails
If you complete one of the forms on our website (eg contact form or referral form) or email address we will only use this information for the purposes it was intended, ie to develop and improve our site or book you into a service.

2. Site usage
Like virtually all web sites, we store anonymised data on visits in server log files, which contain IP addresses of machines used to access this site, and the pages requested.

We use Google Analytics to collect information about how people use this site. We do this to make sure it’s meeting its users’ needs and to understand how we could do it better.

Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. We do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are. We do not allow Google to use or share our analytics data.

We also set a cookie to record users who have opted to accept cookies from the site, to prevent showing the cookie warning bar on each visit.

Cookies are also used elsewhere on the site, including by the content management system we use, WordPress. These improve things by remembering settings, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you visit a new page, log in or leave a comment.

On occasion we may embed content from another websites, for example a YouTube video. when using a page with such content you may be presented with cookies from the third party website.
