Jonathan Reid has been welcomed to the Trust as the newly appointed Director of Finance.
Jonathan Reid – Director of Finance
Originally from Northern Ireland, he studied accountancy at Queen’s University, Belfast. After training as a chartered accountant at the National Audit Office, where he worked across a number of government departments, he spent a number of years working across health and local government at the Audit Commission. In 2006, he joined Brighton and Hove PCT (now CCG) as Deputy Director of Finance, and some years later took up the same role at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust. Jonathan joined Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust in 2011 as Director of Finance and has been Deputy Chief Executive since 2014.

He brings a wealth of experience and a real passion for the values of the NHS which will be invaluable to the new leadership of the Trust in helping to meet the challenges we face over the coming years.”
