Catrina was nominated Dr Geoffrey Lie, Foundation Year Doctor who wrote about what he described as an “exceptional colleague”. He said: “Catrina has been a huge asset to the Foundation Programme department at Conquest Hospital. Her consistent and reliable organisational efforts have been identified amongst the Foundation Doctor cohort as truly outstanding.

“I am sure she will insist she has just been doing her job, but having had experiences with multiple medical administrators in the past I must say Catrina is without a doubt one of the most efficient, attentive and conscientious people in her role.

“There have been innumerable instances that Catrina has facilitated a timely response with clear and swift communication. Even on occasions when she was unable to help directly, she has always offered guidance in directing issues I have had. For this I would like to thank her for all her hard work. She merits recognition.”

Catrina was presented with her award certificate by Alice Webster, Director of Nursing.
