The mural depicting cartoon characters has been painted by members of Darvell Bruderhof and will eventually form part of a new play area for children.

Around 15 Darvell Bruderhof members painted the mural over a two day period. Darvell Bruderhof have also donated toys, benches, scooters and trikes for the new play area which is due to open by the end of the month.

Kipling Ward Matron, Nicola Dean said: “We would like to thank Darvell Bruderhof for their amazing generosity. The mural is very eye catching and brightens up our new play area. The toys, benches, scooters and trikes that have been donated will be enjoyed by many of our young patients.”
