Ross Tippett, Senior Physiotherapist at Amberstone Hospital, Hailsham, who nominated her said: “Penny is a fantastic physiotherapist and a joy to work with. She is most comfortable when treating patients and her clinical skills, along with her compassionate communication is second nature. Recently due to several changes of team lead and long term staff sickness she has been exceptional at the helm and has led the department through a turbulent patch whilst maintaining her clinical standards and continued to uphold all supervision commitments with staff. In an area that is not her forte she has shone brightly and is an asset to the physiotherapy team and wholly deserves recognition in her contribution to the seamless continuation of our excellent service”.
