Members of the 1066 Chapter of the Harley Owners Group rode to Eastbourne DGH to present a cheque, in conjunction with Sykes Harley-Davidson, for £2,250 to the Trust’s charitable funds.

Gordon Scott, from 1066 Chapter Harley Owners Group said: “Our members were unable to go out on their bikes during lockdown, so we got them to donate the value of a tank of petrol as a way of saying ‘Thank You’ to the fantastic NHS for all their hard work during the Coronavirus crisis.”
On behalf of the East Sussex Charitable Funds, Steve Phoenix, ESHT Chair said: “We are very grateful for this kind donation to our Charitable Funds, which we will use to benefit members of staff and patients.”
