Richard has previously held senior positions at several NHS Trusts in London covering community, mental health and the acute sector.
He has worked predominantly in operations and service improvement, and brings his experience of leading transformation programmes to improve care for patients. His interests are technology-enabled change and working across organisational boundaries to improve care outcomes.
Richard began his career working for a US-based strategy consultancy before joining the NHS on the Gateway to Leadership programme.
