Reablement focuses on short-term care that helps to re-gain the skills of daily activities and is provided by Reablement Support Workers from Adult Social Care.
The Support Workers will visit clients to support with daily care needs after an illness or recovery from a surgical procedure and will work together with them for a short time to help them return to their previous level of independence, as near as possible.
