Social prescribing - Support and Wellbeing

Welcome to our social prescribing page. Social prescribing is when health professionals signpost patients to support in the community, in order to improve their health and wellbeing.

At MSK Therapy services, we appreciate that there may be contributing factors that make your path towards recovery more challenging.

Throughout East Sussex there are several services and organisations that can help to support you throughout your journey with MSK and beyond.
