Freedom to Speak Up
When things go wrong, Freedom to Speak Up Guardians help make sure that lessons are learnt and things are improved. The easiest way for colleagues to get concerns resolved is to raise it with their line manager. However, if they feel unable to raise concerns through their reporting lines you can raise concerns with our Freedom to Speak up Guardians.
