Attending meetings

Members of the public wishing to attend the East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust Board meeting in public can download copies of our agenda papers via the links above. The Trust is keen to minimise unnecessary wastage and would request you download and print the board papers before attending the meeting. If that is not possible, please request a printed copy via Email (details below). Printed board papers will only be available to people who request a copy two working days prior to the meeting.

If you would like to submit a question in relation to any items on the agenda, please e-mail the question (details below) three calendar days before the meeting. Questions in relation to items on the agenda will still be taken on the day.

On occasion, it may be necessary for the Board to consider agenda items which are confidential and cannot be discussed in public. If this is the case, a private session will be held at the meeting, from which the public will be excluded.
