Newington Ward is a Medical Assessment Unit for frailty, for example dementia and chronic conditions.
It is a 28-bedded short stay unit (5 to 9 days) for those over 75 years of age and is dedicated to patients living with frailty, aiming to provide person centred, co-ordinated care and support.
