You will be offered a telephone appointment, where your clinician feels this is the type of appointment is appropriate for your condition.

Patients have advised us they feel there are many benefits to telephone consultations, which include:

  • No need to travel to the hospital
  • No travel costs incurred
  • No need to take time of work
